Bit late (Drinking and other things prohibited me from posting) But merry xmas and a happy new year.
And if it snows near you - don't eat yellow snow, brown snow, red snow, radioactive green snow.
Or in fact white snow! (if you get me XD)

Gotta stop playing mafia wars!
sorry for the title, i'm just playing it on Facebook and I couldn't think of a title.
So its now time for this weeks days random amount of time's post. Full of random stuff. Selected from a random brain........
Working out in the rain and all i could hear in my head was "Why does it always rain on me!?" - you know the Travis song?
I just felt like shouting, WELL GET A F***ING UMBRELLA!!!!
Have you ever noticed page 3 in the Sun..... well besides obvious reasons. The caption for the *ahem* "artwork" always comments on the model's opinion of a story of news. Now you ever thought whether its actually a true opinion?
Photographer: "Yes give us a sexy smile, not that the perverts pay much attention. Right. Photo's done. Now what do you think of the labour party's action of buying out the banks despite the recession."
Model: "But if they buy the banks, they have all the money. So we'd be poor!"
Now that would be interesting to read.............
With Bias from the newspaper and the current Gordon Brown bashing because of his smile, it might be sensible to get a unbias, intellectual look on the the news, from the fucking Beano!

Blame work, that's the sensible reason. No wait. It's my sisters fault. No she'd kill me. Got it. My dog ate my fingers and I just got some toothpicks to use..............
Anyway. After a bollocking from Krashbox on teenspot (sorry sir), I need to start posting again.
Posting comments on the blogs will email me that someone's reading and to be fair i didn't think anyone actually reads it, so feel free to give ideas, views, criticism and bad language to create better posts, and also follow the blog (you can use any google accounts to follow aswell among others)
Oh and some cool TV programs for the UK. - Top Gear (everyone knows that) BBC 2 8 or 9 on a sunday, except this week,
Russell Howard's Good News, BBC3 Sunday 11pm.
Comments all welcome :D

Hull FC :Passion
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260471991082&ru=http://shop.ebay.co.uk:80/%3F_from%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dp3907.m38.l1313%26_nkw%3D260471991082%26_sacat%3DSee-All-Categories%26_fvi%3D1&_rdc=1
See the above link first.
What frustrates me is the fact that a current Hull player is selling these medals both of which are proof that this player in fact has won and lost in a final of the challenge cup - The most prestigious competition in Rugby league.
Hull Player's and fans are supposed to be proud to have been involved with the black and whites, yet this player is an example of this new breed of player who has no pride in the team they play for, and thus these players and bringing the club down.
These "athlete's" get paid high money, win or lose, so they aren't exactly going to have to put effort in to feed there family/habits. Where as 20-30 years ago, the player's were NOT athletes, they had jobs and rugby was just there hobby. They got paid for wins. So they put effort in. But most important of all - They had PRIDE.
Come Rain or Shine, Hull FC Fans have the most passionate fans in the world. They scrape there hard earned cash to pay the highest prices in super league to watch there team play. And Recently The team have played half-hearted.
To put into perspective of how much the team means to a fan;
Hull win = Fan happy until next match
Hull lose - fan depressed until next match
You could put a girl who i love more than anything in front of me - but if its the girl or my team - I'd pick Hull FC any day.
Hopefully One day, the players who put on that famous Black and white irregular hooped jersey will realise how much that badge - that shirt - them colours are in the life of a true FC fan.

Addiction and obsession
A weird kind.
As you may know by the fact I wrote a review of fallout 3, i do in fact love the game.
But everytime i play it i become obsessed with finding everywhere and collecting all the bobbleheads.
But i've noticed i've created a constant routine - wake up at 4 or 5 am, wander out the house into megaton (the town where you live) and fast travel somewhere. Then scavenge till dark or do missions till they are done and return to megaton to flog all the loot, and sleep again till 4 or 5 am.
Now i know thats sad, but i don't play the game everyday, but there haven't been many games that make me obsessed like that.
But here's perhaps the 5 that have:
1. Fallout 3 (PS3)
2. Runescape (Online PC)
3. GTA San Andreas (PS2)
4. Urban Chaos (Psone)
5. Tony Hawks : underground (PS2)
All 5 allow virtually unlimited time for exploration. Fallout you can scavange forever, Runescape your constantly levelling up, San Andreas has a huge map to explore in different ways, Urban chaos allows you to take your own route to do a mission and missions inside of a mission and tony hawks gives you a map with options to do the missions.
I believe the freedom to be able to choose what you do, where you go, what you wear and how you travel is showing how close we can get to virtual reality. (Now by that i don't mean goblins and mutants are real, but the choices in the game are up to you - you have free will).
A lot of games have set missions to do and thats it with maybe a bonus mode afterwards, but it isn't as a appealing as having free will and choosing what you do.

Fallout 3 review
First of all i got it on PS3 so don't kill me.
What is it about?
You play as yourself - set a few hundred years in the future. During these few hundred years, China and the USA are at war and nuclear bombs are dropped around the USA. Those outside were killed, those who took shelter in buildings (such as the museum of history) were safe but then the radiation began to mutate (or ghoulify) them by skin dropping off and hair not growing with the side effect that they seem to live forever unless they are physically killed.
However, a company called Vaultech built several vaults for people to remain sealed in, in case of such disasters. You and your father live in Vault 101. But one day - 19 years into your life- your father escapes the vault and you must search for him in Washington's Capital Wasteland.
What type of game is it?
Depending on how you want to play it, it is a first person or third person RPG. You are simply given a huge map for you to complete story missions, side missions and live a life in such a unique landscape.
Good Features:
- Gigantic map allows for a lot of exploring and every area is unique.
- The fact you can play the game at your own pace with hundreds of other objectives to complete, places to find and buildings to scavenge.
- Combat is unique with the VAT system which allows you to freeze time and choose tactical attacks. Each style of enemy is unique. Mirelurks are shelled thus hard to damage where as supermutants have a large amount of strength and damage resistance.
- Weaponry: there is a large range of weaponry from Lead Pipes to Mini Nukes but they do not last. Combining with same types of weapons or taking it to a trader will allow them to fix them with the same going for armor. There is also the bonus that if you have the schematics, you can search for common (or occasionally uncommon) items to build special weapons.
- Karma System: You choose if you want to be good or bad. Rewards come to those who are good. But some people will want to kick your arse if your good, and some times being bad is fun. Helping people, giving and donating, pick-pocketing, insulting or mindless killing sprees, be as good or bad as you want.
The Bad
- There are a large amount of glitches. Spawning causes problems so that you land in the middle of a group of enemies after fast travelling to a raider camp (which you forget about, trust me with the amount of places to discover you forget a lot!).
- Occasionally if you have an NPC that helps you such as Dogmeat (a dog you save) or a human they may kill friendly targets unprovoked.
- If you don't have patience then you won't enjoy this game. The first few quests take a while as they are tutorials. And also travelling takes a while until you've visited a place you want to get to then you can fast travel.
Overall
THE BEST game i have ever played. No word of a lie. If you complete it, you will want to complete it again for everything you've missed and to get the opposite karma for totally different out comes.
My Rating :10/10

Chain letters
We all hate them. The people who read them hate them. The people who believe them hate them because they will be stabbed by "a sycotik killer hu lyks stabbin ppl". The people who open their inbox to 20 emails or texts thinking oo i'm loved or uh oh somethings gone wrong to find out 5 people have sent 20 chain letters in total.
Now i thought emails were bad enough. your waiting for the confirmation email of some prouct you want so you know its sent and you open your email and suddenly if you send 20 emails you somehow get a wish or another nights safe sleep from the killer clown.
But then theres text messages stalking you! Suddenly your on a bus and in twenty minutes the killer clowns going to jump out and kill you while no ones looking.
About a month later your texting 400 texts a day and jumping at the sound of a gnats fart whilst you return home to the room where you sit on a computer rocking back and forth sending thousands of emails - PARANOIA.
If you believe them that is.
For the rest of us its a nuisance. So we should campaign. All those who want start chain messages must do so via morsecode.
Those disobeying must be subjected to a real killer clown, and not insane clown posse..... i mean a grizzly bear in clowns face paint.

Heat Wave
So Yorkshire is now enduring a heatwave.
Don't I know it. One of my jobs a couple of days ago was to see if the Outside Navigation lights on the bridges were working. difficult task seeing as its bright sunshine so its hard to tell.
Fortunately the jobs i've had over the past few days haven't been Physical hard work. Except lowering a lampost.
Also a plus is i'm getting a little bit of a tan now. One problem, my left arm is becoming darker than my right since i don't drive the van.
One question i have thought is this: Why do i still see people wearing coats and jackets?
I know when i used to be a kid i was bad for it but jesus not that bad.
I look forward to taking a couple of days off next week and enjoying the rain that'll most likely coincide with it.
Oh and don't forget to check out my forum : The Community

Stupid Posts on forums
Don't you just hate it?
You find a thread that differs from the usually topics and possibly a lighter tone and some guy posts saying i don't want to talk about this, i want to talk about a more important issue. This issue usually has a hundred topics with an average of 4 a day started on this very topic.
WHY POST IF YOU HAVE NOTHING RELEVANT to say? Its frustrating. All it does is boost your post count up slightly and make you look like a total idiot.
Another frustrating point is when people ask a simple question that has been asked so many times before on the same forum. Especially when you do not even have to sign in to use the search bar!
Laws of the forum:
- Use the search bar if possible
- Only post if you have something relevant and/or constructive to say
- be as constructive as possble
- don't post three times on the same thread in 3 minutes when you can easily create three quotes in one post and use the edit button if you missed something
- Use real words instead of L33t speak "lyk ths m8"
- Use clear font and colours
- DoN't TyPe LiKe ThIs or lik3 th15
(please note: i was joking about the shot)
First View
Oh where to start..........
How about what's on everyone's mind. Michael Jackson.
Now when i found out about this I was grabbing a local paper before work and was shocked he'd died. However that was my only thought of it. Travelling to work with the electrician, every radio station seemed to be mourning his death, and had handfuls of fans mourning, ringing in and treating the death of a celebrity with the same importance of the death of their own mother!
Now what's worse is he wasn't quite the Bono type celeb that is trying to do something good for charity and people in need (which is a smart tactic to boost profile and reputation and make money).
He was a very strange man, claiming to have a skin disease (although some claim it was himself bleaching his own skin), and claiming to have been sleeping in an oxygen tent amongst other things. And of course the court cases accusing him of paedophilia never really helped.
But he had a sad life being abused by his father and people using him which perhaps explains his personality and why he used music as his expression.
But it comes back to this question. Why do we have to treat the death of a musician making money by doing something he enjoys doing, but then has a troubled personal life as a day of mourning when there are people dying everyday who have devoted their life to helping others and die without recognition?
Oh and when will the first fan say he's not really dead, he's working in a shop with Elvis Presley?
